Thats curious to me why they havent warmed up

Having lived in Florida for 10 years in Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando area I'm familiar with a lot of the communities, the Hispanics there are majority Puerto Rican or Mexican/Central/South American, really only Miami areas are Cuban. Figured Puerto Ricans hate Trump for how he treated their island after Maria. Hispanic support in Texas is strong for Biden though. I wonder why such difference?
